Why is it that PayPal offer buyers protection yet when you try to make claim they go in sellers favour so not offering protection really are they

Paypal are the middlemen so they offer 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection.
However that protection is not a 100% coverall and you have to risk assess your own transactions.
If you can give a gist of what happened we may be able to give you some advice?
