PayPal users living in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

I am a PayPal user living in the T.R.N.C and I have an account with region set to Cyprus. PayPal permanently limited my account because of proof of address issues. They say that Turkish Cypriots can have PayPal but they dont accept the area I reside in Cyprus. I have already sent documents related to the university I study in Cyprus and the utility bills of our family house (the bill was on behalf of my dad). I need help! Thank you Halil

Hello, I recently made a withdrawal from my paypal account to my debit card and it was accepted from paypal side  and it is supposedly on the way, I am living in TRNC with a bank account made there but paypal withdrawals to credit cards are not allowed in turkey, my account is non-turkish, I would like to know if the payment will proceed successfully.
