Payment dispute, PayPal asks me to ship back item to e-commence platform, not the stores

I have a dispute with CONTEXTLOGIC CANADA INC(Geek). I escalated the claim and PayPal asks me to ship back item to CONTEXTLOGIC CANADA INC and provide shipping label.

CONTEXTLOGIC CANADA INC.(Geek) is an e-commence selling platform. The platform does not sell the item to buyer directly. It is the stores on the platform selling the items to buyer. The product should be shipped back to the store, not the platform, which I have already done.

Clearly it is a decision-making process weakness. PayPal does not do any research on this company, which they should do that.

What can I do for that?

Contact customer services and explain..............

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

OR

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
