Paypal Account closed. I want to withdraw my 820€

Hi guys , My paypal account was limited so I need help I have 820 euros or 8200 SEK in my paypal account that I want to withdraw paypal emailed me about the information that my account has been closed and it said that I can withdraw the money from my account to my bank account, So when I test and withdraw my money to my bank account as soon as I click on "withdraw money to bank account" it says There is a problem with your account
What should I do paypal wrote in the email that I could withdraw the money but I can not

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
