Paypal just permanently limited my account. I created this account a few months ago since my friend kept on bugging me to create one. At the time she borrowed money from me so i was like "just send me the money on paypal then" she agreed and gave me the money. But she forgot that she put it on "Sending to seller" or somthing similar to that, which will have a fee when you send it, and the money she send was $0.10 short so she sent me more money again, that is ₱10 which is like $0.10 and when she sent it, it had a fee of ₱10 so i actually didn't get money at all so i was like "what if i refund it" so i did (which is kinda dumb) and now for some reason paypal immediately marked it as suspicious behaviour and linited my account and thats when it started. When i was resolving my identy, i sent them everything except my bank statement since i do not have a bank account to get it from nor do i have any bank account linked to my paypal account, so i sent them a letter/picture to inform them about this. But they didn't reply and just straight up permanently banned it and will take 180 days to withdraw my money to my bank account which i do not have (dunno how they're gonna fix that) and since i was pretty broke, i needed the money. I was just planing on converting my funds to Gcash so it will be easier to withdraw it. I sent them email but they keep telling me to resolve it even though i already did and now I can't resolve it since its banned. Now I emailed them again and they told me to resolve it, pretty useless and utterly ridiculous of paypal to randomly permanently Limit my account with a reason such as "suspicious behaviour" without letting me a chance to fully prove my identity.
