WHERE DO I SEND PROOF TO THESE PEOPLE??? NO EMAIL ADDRESS. NO HELP. I NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF REFUSED PACKAGE AND CANT GET IT TO THEM ( PAYPAL) THEY HAVE DENIED MY CLAIM BECAUSE SELLER ONLY SHOWED PART OF TRACKING NOT ALL. I HAVE ALL OF IT. HOW DO I SHOW THEM??? THANKS!!!

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the dispute. Disputes are allowed through PayPal if the item is not delivered at all, or if the item is received but is significantly not as it was described. If the item was delivered to your address, the seller's tracking would show successful delivery. What happens to the package after that delivery is typically not tracked by a shipping company. In a situation of a significantly not as described item, the buyer is typically instructed to ship the item back with their own tracking.

 

What was the reason for refusing the package? Did you open the package to determine that the item was not as described?

I ORDERED THIS PACKAGE ON FEB 12. PROMISED BY VALENTINE'S!!! IT TOOK SO LONG, THEY DELIVERED IT TO A BUSINESS THAT WAS CLOSED FOR THE WEEK. ON MARCH 19TH WHEN THE BUSINESS OPENED BACK UP THEY CONTACTED ME (I WAS NO LONGER THERE!) AND TOLD ME I HAD A PACKAGE. I TOLD THEM TO REFUSE IT!!! THEY DID!! IVE SHOWED YOU THAT TRACKING INFORMATION. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL BEFORE. I CANT EVEN GET A PERSON TO RESPOND. THERE IS NOWHERE TO ATTACH PICTURES FOR PROOF!!! I DIDN'T GET THIS PACKAGE AND DONT WANT IT!!!!

Thank you for your clarification. In general, we do ask the seller to ship the item to the address specified in the transaction details. If the item has been delivered to the address specified in the transaction details and the package has been refused, this is not covered under our PayPal Buyer Protection Policy.
