I ordered a tumbler on November 29, 2019. It is now December 10, 2019 and I have not recieved my order. They sent a USPS Tracking number that has not changed at all last update December 2nd stating Tracking History Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, December 2, 2019 10:26 pm Processed Through Facility, SUZHOU EMS, CHINA December 2, 2019 9:22 pm Processed Through Facility, SUZHOU, CHINA November 29, 2019 12:42 pm Acceptance, CHINA I have email Margaret with no response on status. Has anyone had this problem before.

I also have bad experience with this company and have put in a claim with my credit card company.  I placed my order with them 12/8/19 and still haven't received the comforter as of 1/6/2020.  The DHL tracking# they gave me no longer works and AZCozy hasn't replied to my emails.  I also looked their address on Google maps and it shows the front of a warehouse with no name.  Do yourself a favor and don't order from these thieves.

They are also called Kaylee and Tepid. They scammed me of $269.70. I have reported them to the BBB and the resolution center. I have always shopped by PayPal and felt confident in their ability to help us not be scammed. My eyes are wide open now. I'm learning to do your work before you purchase. Next time if there is a next time I will go to the community and get the real reviews. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I ordered 5 rugs to be delivered by DHL in 7 -10 days after the November 29,2019 order. I just now received them. THEY ARE NOT RUGS. They look like large table mats that you would use on a dining room table. One had a white dye on it. I will be in the community writing everyone I see who has been scammed by this company by 3 different names and probably more. I WILL NOT GIVE UP BECAUSE NO OTHER PERSON SHOULD BE SCAMMED BY THEM AND LOSE MONEY.

i have been scamed also by this company  over a rug which was a blanket ,now over a walking dinosar for 45.99 that was supposed to be a large one that walked and had flashing lights months ago so when it came in a wee little box like a jewelery box i refused it at the post office i canceled the order but they ignored me now paypal tracked it back to the seller and still denied my claim i think they are affiliated with each other and i refuse to pay ,them on my bill till they give me credit for it ,im filing a complaint against paypal and this crooked advertising company with kids running it

Ok update on my comments I did finally receive the order January 4 2020. I believe it was due to the BBB negative post and a constant email communication with two different people. That being said the fact the address is parking spot off of I-Drive in Orlando is disturbing. I would not purchase from them ever.

Yes I ordered about the same time you did. I didn’t get the order in 7-10 days by DHL as promised. I waited a few more days and than contacted PayPal. Started a dispute right away and this week finally got the order of junk. Ordered 5 rugs 3x5 and they look like place mats for a table. Don’t know if I will get a refund but I gave bad reviews and contacted the BBB. I hope PayPal will do something about this scammer. I will give a very bad review each time I find them on the web. They go by Printabel, Printabel Limited, EZ Cozy, and Raylee and Tepbid, and probably more that’s why they are a scam.

paypal is involved with all this scamming  thats why they  wont investigate

Ordered a tumbler on jan 30th, wish i had looked here first...🤭🤭 learned my lesson the hard way. Feb 29th, still no package. Emailed, called, waste of time. I opened paypal case, hopefully resolved by march 11th. Online shopping is just not worth it anymore. I think ill stick to the old fashioned way and have the item personally in my hand befor i buy anything from now on. Only good thing is I paid through paypal, hopefully they will back what they preach. POS , low life crooks, but i guess if thier were not any as$#&^es in this world then it would be just plain boring.... either way I hope this helps atleast 1 person out, to not get scammed. Shame on me.
