help me please I don't know what PayPal wants from me I don't have any purchase receipt from a supplier I buy and sell things on ebay like basketball cards so what pictures of supplier do they require? Do I screenshot my ebay order confirmation when I buy something that I sell As a supplier receipt? PayPal is ridiculous can t even get in touch of a customer service representative are we not in 2020?
I would also like to know? I added $500 to my account today, send my parents $300 of it, then I log back on an my account is..limited? I thought maybe it was because my account boosted $500 then dropped $300 in 30mins or so.. but maybe not?
