Resolution centre

Hi guys I’ve raise a concern and had a reply from company and I’ve responded to that reply through the resolution centre all that is on the page is the company response to my original query should my original and my response to their reply be on the page ? So I can remember what has been said

When you have a dialog with someone in the resolution centre everything is logged and should be showing. Try replying again and if the same thing happens the reply probably has been sent to the company/costumer for awating their response.
