Friend is going to sell an Instagram account over paypal. How can he do this safely, so if the Buyer chargebacks he can dispute it? Im pretty sure if the buyer pays by just sending him the money from email to email, he can chargeback the money without any questions and the seller can't do anything to stop that. How can he sell the account and if the buyer chargebacks (please note the seller is indeed true about what they are selling), he can safely dispute by Paypal and not just to the buyer?

There is 0 seller protection with paypal for virtual or digital transactions, you can still use paypal but at your own risk.
