Hello, I purchased a shirt from a person named Austin Lindsey on Depop 10 weeks ago. I have never received the item and the user has since blocked me. I’m getting extremely frustrated because that was $43 gone to waste. The problem I seem to be facing is that I purchased the item with my Visa Gift Card, not via PayPal. I used a guest checkout. The money has gone from my gift card, to his PayPal account. I don’t know how to resolve this, since I did not use a PayPal account, I just used a card. I can send you all the information you need to help me; I still have my card and everything. I just hope that I can get my money back.
