I bought an item from a person and he hasn't replied back to me since Friday I paid him $360.15 because I have a debit card, he hasn't contacted me and when I contacts him he doesn't reply. I think I got scammed.

where did you buy the item? on Ebay? or where? & you used a Bank card?

& not Paypal Balance?

It was on eBay but the person used PayPal it's a credit/debit card
