Selling on depop and ‘provide purchase receipt from supplier’

Hi, I have just sold an item on depop and paypal (which you need to sell things on depop) is asking for me to ‘provide purchase receipt from supplier’. It also states that the document cannot be more than 6 months old. But the item i’m selling is a hoodie that I got as a present over 6 months ago, so I can’t provide this. How do I get around this, as the payment is still pending and I don’t think it will go through until I provide this information.
