Made a purchase from TechInn.com after (foolishly) only reading the reviews on the website.

The order is still "In the shipping warehouse" after 10 days.

I sent an email to question the status, reply gave many reasons for holdup - up to 60 days in Customs in Australia.

Now I've read reviews on several other sites that strongly suggest this is a very bad company to deal with, even a scam!

What is the best procedure to cancel the order, and obtain a refund from PayPal?
