Typed the wrong refund amount, closed the case

Hi

 

Can anybody help, 

 

I made a dispute with a seller for giving fake items but because I entered the wrong refund amount 45$ instead 450$ I closed the dispute thinking I could create another one , but I was wrong now support is saying that they cant do anything about it
