Unauthorised payments to Moduslink bv fitbit

Over the last 2 days I have had two payments of the same amount taken out my account from something called ModusLink bv fitbit. I have no idea what this is and have no authorised any payments. Does anyone know what this is?.

Same to me happened today ! I tried to contact PayPal but no response ! Also I tried to cancel the pending transaction I can’t do it either 😒

Moduslink is supply chain company for Fitbit... it seems that someone has used Paypal account to buy stuff on Fitbit.com

J'ai eu aussi un double prélèvement de la part de Moduslink bv fitbit....

j'ai été prélevé 2 fois de 36,95€ les 19 aout et 21 aout 2020 pour un seul achat de 36.95€ le 19/08. J'ai annulé la récurrence de l'achat de Paypal (je ne sais comment l'achat est devenu permanent, j'ai fait l'achat d'UN SEUL bracelet fitbit). J'ai fait une réclamation chez paypal mais ils m'ont rejeté ma demande !!

Voici leur réponse : Nous avons vérifié tous les détails de votre réclamation. D'après les informations dont nous disposons à ce jour, nous devons rejeter votre réclamation. Cette décision a été prise parce que votre litige de facturation ne remplit pas les conditions requises.

Du coup je ne sais que faire... Qui contacter ? fitbit ? avez vous un téléphone..?

Et en plus le bracelet reçu aujourd'hui ne convient pas à ma montre... pffffff

From the translation of your message I understand you made a purchase from fitbit but you have been wrongly charged twice . Ok do this , contact PayPal for the second transaction which you have not received and open a case on item not received . And for the first item you got it faulty , open a case that item received as not described or wrong product ! Once u done this PayPal will investigate and give your money back. All the best
