Unauthorize payment

Dear friends.

I have trouble. 3 months ago I purchased a Premium membership in JobLeads company (looking for several job positions).

I paid 29$ ( about 9$ per month) and received a bill through PayPal that states "premium membership".

1 day after the end of those 3 months I received a bill of - listen carefully - 149$ through PayPal to be paid to JobLeads.

Due to the fact that I didn't purchase anything from JobLeads since my first payment, I don't understand how it can happen.

I reported the problem, but PayPal returned the answer that it is a Preapproved Payment.

How did it happen to me?

Please advise what to do now.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
