Unauthorized Activity by Jagex

Some company called Jagex just charged me $69.99 on Paypal for an online video game called Runescape. I did not authorize this and i do not play this game. PayPal Resolution Center says that I cannot dispute this type of transaction. What are my options? Just accept the fact that someone just stole 69.99$ from me? Thanks Paypal.

I had the same thing done to me, so I sent them a message. It is under investigation right now. I got the same error message when I tried to file it online myself. You actually have to message them. Hope this helps and hopefully PayPal does something about this.

I disputed the charge on my credit card, and they reversed it. You should do that too and remove your credit card info from PayPal.
