Unauthorized SAMs Club Payment

As I was being robbed today, I felt helpless that I couldn't do anything no phone number to call to stop the thieves.

Does someone have good phone number to call or how about a physical address at Pay Pal?

Hi @jspiel,

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the unauthorized transaction on your PayPal account.

Due to the current global situation, there may be limited staffing for our customer service representatives over the phone. You may also try to connect with an account specialist online, just click on the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the Help Center.

You may also report the unauthorized transaction through the Resolution Center in your account.

Hope this helps. Take care!

Niki, thanks for the response but my question still remains. I know the effects of the economy and the virus that is going on and I have no control over the situation but PayPal has a business to run and has a lot of people’s money in it. You got to have a phone number or an emergency phone number that people can call to notify PayPal of an urgent matter. Please post a phone number for all us customers. Even the police want a good working number. Also I tried the two other methods you mention and neither one work. The resolution center doesn’t even allow me to file a claim. When I click on the radio button it states for me to read PayPay policy, this is a bunch of horse **bleep**. The process at PayPal are broken. Please respond with proven contact information or perhaps I hire a deceive to investigate this matter and report that attorney general office. Please advise to course of action. Regards, Joe
