I am underage, 15 almost turning 16 in may 28 and getting a job after finishing my sophomore year in high school for the summer. I just realize and know that PayPal requires me to be 18 to use the service but I didn’t know. Now I have to pay a 23 dollar bill for the items I bought online but I can’t add funds because it’s limited. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help me.

@Vookie Just like what @sharpiemarker said cancel your order and then delete your PayPal account, PayPal clearly said you have to be 18 to have an account. If you created your account with permission from an adult like your Parents then prove to PayPal and maby they’ll consider not removing you from PayPal.
Once you are 18 you are old enough to create your own PayPal account.
