Urban outfitters refund

At the start of the month I ordered from urban outfitters, the total of the order was £54 but then I had to cancel one of the items as it was on back order for three months which I wasn’t aware of. They eventually cancelled the item and was told in an email that I wouldn’t be charged for the item. On my PayPal it still said the £54 was being authorised and then a week later the statement changed to £23.40 and completed. I still haven’t received the refund and after emailing urban outfitters they basically just said to contact PayPal instead and that they would pass it on. I still haven’t heard anything back and I don’t really know what to do as it’s been like 10 days now, thanks.

If only £23 was taken then it sounds as if you were not charged in the first place for the order that you cancelled.
