I am new to paypal. When I ordered an item online (Nov 27,2020) I had to run my credit card and it was listed as PAYPAL RAINBOWPICK.

I have not received the item and would like to cancel payment. Should I deal directly with my credit card company and what resonsibilities do I have with PAYPAL?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

I too have the same problem.  I ordered from Chestnutmall,  but my bank statement reas PayPal RainbowPick. I never received my items.

I have the same problem but I bought some bra's and I was checking my bank account and it was saying PayPal rainbow pick and I never paid with my PayPal account. Please help me.
