 Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com seems to be a scam operation. You purchase an item using PayPal Lingc.youp sends a cheap not even similar item using a USPS tracking to prove the item arrived. Then you are stuck, scammed. the return postage is twice what the original cost was, so return as PayPal requires for a refund is counterproductive. You are just out the $ and Lingc.Youp wins. WHY PayPal allows this after many customer complaints is beyond me. Until now I thought PayPal protected us from this.

It took a while. 1st emailed LingcYoup and told them they scammed me. I was polite about it. We had several back and forth conversions before I filed a fraud complaint to PP. I sent all the saved emails and included them  I also contacted the PP help center with all relevant info. A lot of work and patience. I kept my frustration out of the conversation. In the end, I got a full $19.97 refund without having to send the fraud package back.
