i have recently had a dispute that was originally on depop and carried over to paypal - i sold a warren james ring and buyer received claiming she’s allergic as it’s not real silver. i never stated in description what the ring is made out of, and told her to go to warren james to get it resolved. she opened a case with paypal saying item is not as described. i got an email saying that paypal will refund my buyer at no cost to me. my account will not be debited. once i go onto the resolution centre (case is now closed) it says that the case was closed in my favour. i am minus in my paypal balance and there is nothing on my recent activity that says buyer has been refunded out of my money etc so i’m wondering if paypal have refunded the buyer already, despite telling me i won’t be debited. the buyer hasn’t sent the ring back either. so she’s got my money and my ring.
