I bought an item on ebay and the seller has been extreamly late in sending after my payment. Ebay stepped in and now the seller has asked me for my paypal info so that he can send me a partial refund as a way to say sorry. How do I do this?
He doesn't need your info, all he has to do is click on your transaction in his paypal account and click the refund option at the bottom of that 'details' page, he can do a part or full refund.
