Hey! I bought a pair of shoes on Grailed(I wore it few times), but recently found out it’s fake. I made a PayPal claim, it says it open(I know the primary solution is to contact the seller, but he doesn’t answer... What if PayPal also can’t contact him? P.S.: Because I wore the shoe, I didn’t request a full refund.
First of all, there is no 100%. PayPal never claims this. PayPal purchase protection has it's limitations. The case may or may not go your way depending the circumstances.
If you asked for a partial refund and the seller has not responded to the case, escalate it to a PayPal claim so PayPal can step in and contact the seller and you separately and based on that, they will make a decision.
