scam web site that uses paypal ?

used a web site but only just read all the reviews of this site https://www.takmoodmarket.com/ it used paypal for my payment, will i get a full refund as i now know this site is a scam web site ? tied to contact paypal but no luck at all on the phone with it been holiday season, i purchased quite an amount from said web site..

I didn't receive an item i purchased  

The [entire order] product or service was not delivered to you. 

I received an item that's significantly not as described  

The product or service was significantly not as described in your order. 

I want to report unauthorized activity  

Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn't authorize*. 

I have a billing issue  

Report issues with transaction amount, duplicate charges, refunds or canceled subscriptions.

*Meaning someone broke into your account and did something without your permission/knowledge, otherwise PayPal may deny your claim. This does not include paying someone you didn’t know was a scammer or by mistake. Please choose from the first two options for such situations.

If you sent payment as friends and family, you won't have the first two (2) options because friends and family payments have no purchase protection, because it is considered a "gift" payment, so no refunds.

Just made a purchase yesterday around 50$ then started checking for other sites and poped out that this site as a 1% trust rate . Why is it still around then? so **bleep**... let me know what happenned with your order or refund please...

This sure being a nightmare. Finding that takmoodmarket is a fraud, made order, tooked my payment out of paypal, then seeing they lefted in processing lies, no way of contacting other than a box to send of msg.,no replies back, order- no movement than processing lies. Finding the pay out went to a woman- if it a woman?, and whom e mail is scam fake e mail of reach. Now having trouble getting thru paypal to files disputes and have an investigation to catches these crooked and refund me.
