scammed on shoppy.gg

Hello, i recently got scammed whilst buying off of shoppy.gg. I bought 2 things a £20 and a £3 purchase. The scammer sent the goods by email but they didnt work so i made a case on paypal for a refund. The scammer got in touch with me and said if i removed the case i would get my goods. He has not got back to me and its been over a week. I cant make another case against him due to paypal rules. What should i do to get my money back.

If you closed the case, then you cannot open a new case or reopen the case. You only get one chance at the trough. Never close a case until you get what you want. What you should have done when a seller asks you to close case is escalate and get PayPal to step in to help.

You only other recourse if to file a credit card not as described dispute. If that is how you paid. The seller will get charged a PayPal chargeback fee on top of the disputed amount(s) and won't be covered by seller protection.
