where is the escalate to pay pal button gone?

Hi All,

I have an open dipute

it saya i can escalate after the 21st of Jan, I have been patient and messaged the seller twice and after 3 weeks no response have decided to escalate.

the resolution centre help says go to the res centre, pick your case and press view go to the bottom or=f the page and press escalate

I have done that but there is no escalate button

where has it gone the little pimpernel?
