I recently ordered a swimsuit from Rosswim and paid through PayPal. They sent me the wrong suit so I immediately contacted the company. They asked for pics which I provided and the bar code from the swimsuit. I also explained how this suit was different from the one I ordered. After a few days, they offered me a $10 refund. They would not exchange the suit for the one I ordered or give me a refund. Each time I contact them, I get the same offer of $10. I am at my wits end with this. How can a company make such an error and take no responsibility for that error. Granted this suit was not expensive, but this is just not right. Even though I paid through PayPal, I was not a member at that time. I am now but have not been able to find a place to enter this dispute. The resolution Center hasn't been a help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can call PayPal with the receipt ID number from the PayPal purchase receipt email to open a dispute or if you paid with credit card, contact card issuer to file a dispute.
