Plz help me ioffer SCAM

I have purchased one "Sony PSP GO " on 16 may from www.ioffer.com website. But Today when i opened my account on ioffer website then it shows that "This seller is restricted for violating iOffer policies. To protect yourself, please withdraw your purchase and discontinue all interactions with this seller."  The seller also Provide EMS Online Tracking No.  which is not working .

Should I get the Refund of  my money ..

Yes, file for a paypal dispute immediately.

Note in the comments that the seller has provided an invalid tracking number.

The seller will probably provide another tracking number - check that one, too and advise paypal if it is fake.

Yes u r right . On today i.e. 23 May 10 The seller responded on Paypal.

The seller has provided me another tracking no. which Shows on EMS website that the item is in "SHANGHAI"
& status of item is Posting.

What should i do now , Is the item send by seller is correct or not.?

The only problem here is that PayPal offers no protection for "Not as described" unless you buy off ebay.  Just hope the seller ships yours item and it's what you were expecting.

The tracking info should also tell you where the item is adressed to.

If it's your address, then wait a few days and check again.

If it is still showing "posting", then the seller has only bought the postage, not mailed the item, and you should tell paypal that.

The seller has posted the item through EMS service.

As , I contact to the EMS company they told me that they don't provide shipping address of the item . The status of the Tracking no. shows Site is "SHANGHAI" & Status is "Despatch from Sorting Center " as updated Date is 24 may10.

&   the paypal says that " We are reviewing this case and will contact you if we require additional information or when we reach a decision. No further action is required of you at this time."

What should i do now???  Plzzzzzz Help!!!!

It does sound like something was mailed and is on its way.

I think you should wait a week to see if it arrives.

The  tracking  no.  provided  by  the  seller  is  not  for  india  , the  status  of 
the  parcel  is  Norwich  Central  Depot  which  is  in  UK  . 

That means the tracking no. is Fake.

What Should i do now ???

Tell Paypal.  Make sure to tell them that this is the SECOND TIME the seller has issued a fake tracking number and escalate the dispute to a claim  if you can.
