RUGS USA DOESN'T DELIVER MERCHANDISE

I placed an order on 6.25.10 for several rugs. Earlier this month I asked for a refund for a rug they told me was to be delivered in July and now told me it isn't due until Sept. 25th. They gave me a refund for one item. There are 5 more items I still have not received. When I call, they tell me the item is "backordered". They give me advanced dates every time I call. They have not notified me about any backorder, they only give me this information because I call to inquire about the order. I believe they are using the backorder strategy to get beyond PayPal's 45 day limit. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and with the freud division of the Federal Gov. (name escapes me at the moment). I want to alert people who might consider using RUGS USA and also to find out anyone else's experience. I believe that PayPal has an obligation to investigate RUGS USA and their business practices. Thank you

Paypal isn't the police - they just do the transactions.
All sorts of organizations out there you can report them to.
If you used a credit card to pay for the item, file a chargeback by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.
