I purchased an item from a non-ebay store using Paypal. I received the item today and the colors are not what I expected and I decided I will return the item. The item is as described and there is nothing wrong with it. It's just hard to determine true colors sometimes on the computer. I went to the store's website to look at their return policy and it says that "all sales are final" and that they do not refund $$ under any circumstances. Of course, I should've looked at this prior to ordering so that is my stupid fault. I was told that because the seller accepts Paypal that they have no choice but to issue me a refund if I return the item, but that I would probably have to open a dispute to get this resolution. Can anyone tell me if it is true that the seller must issue a refund because I used Paypal to purchase? Thank you.
