A buyer recently recieved a service from myself. He paid 20$, after the service was finished he issued for a refund as he was not happy with the servvice. However, this for some reason did not go through. I then pressed the 'issue refund' button on my paypal. The status of the refund was then 'held' and he did not recieve the refund. The buyer then issued a dispute against myself. I cannot however do anything about giving his money back. I even sent the buyer a screenshot of the PAYPAL page where it said the money is 'held'. I pressed the refund button and it still says 'money is being held by paypal'. The buyer has now issued a claim against me. The only options I have are too refund his money. I have already tried to refund his money many times and all i get is the same 'held' message. What do I do now??? I am not going to refund him as I do not want the refund to go through twice and him recieve $40 instead of $20. Sorry this is so confussing but I need held asap!
