Direct Debit

I'd wager there has been countless posts like this one. However, I have seen PayPal employees responding on this site and, quite frankly, the ignorance displayed by the customer services that handle in-account messaging make this much more of a chore. I'll boil this down plain and simple for the employees: *PayPal HAS been charging me - RANDOMLY (price and frequency) - direct debit.* - Moments before writing this report, I had cancelled said direct debit through my bank's application. I wasn't aware that there was a direct debit set up by PayPal in the first place, hence why... - *I have paid a substantial amount of money unknowingly and without consent.* I have called your customer services who claimed that nothing fraudulent was occurring on my PayPal account. You're **bleep** right there isn't - it's happening on my bank account, instead. Where the customer assistant at the other end of the phone claimed that PayPal had absolutely no business. I have been paying for, quite literally, nothing - I'm pretty sure this is fraud when it is against my will. If you are about to respond to this thread as an employee and on the behalf of PayPal, I would primarily think very hard about your answer. I am **bleep** off, to say the least and I'm not about to take any more of this company's **bleep**. I expect an entirely valid response - otherwise I'll be seeking taking this higher. For your reference, my PayPal account should not have any of my bank details still attached. I opted out of that as soon as I noticed fraudulent activity. Go figure.

If a mod did decide to respond to your post they would tell you to contact them by ringing or by facebook or twitter as they don't discuss account issues on here and can't view your account on here.

That's fine, I'm aware of what kind of platform thie post is on. I'm also aware that employees are rummaging through everything on here. I wasn't asking them to openly discuss it - if they want to talk privately about it then they'll just have to catch up with me. I am still waiting for a response even from their in-account messaging 'service': over two months, now.
