Dispute not showing in resolution center

Hi can anyone help?
I've had to open my first ever paypal dispute as an item I purchased hasn't arrived. I went through the steps of reporting a problembut it isn't showing in my resolution center. I tried again and it said that I had already opened a dispute and to check progress in the resolution center. But when I go there it isn't showing. Item still hasn't arrived and seller said they would provide proof of postage when I first contacted them but is now ignoring mymessages. How do I get paypal to deal with it if it doesnt show up to escalate?
