How to upload documents?!

Hello, my account was recently limited and PayPal requested a list of documentation to upload, which i have provided. I then received an email asking for one more document, but every time I click on the Resolution Center I just get a full screen message saying "thankyou, we will be in touch within 2 working days" and I cannot get to the page to upload this new document! The same thing happens on my laptop, phone and tablet. How can I send this document and get my account restored if I cannot access the "upload documents" page? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To upload documents follow this link: www.paypal.co.uk/uploadstatement

If you have any difficulties with uploading any documents via the link you can also use the name change option:

Log in to your account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

In the 'Name' section, click Change.

Select the legal name change and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and send files.



Once you have uploaded any documents let Customer Support know via phone or Social Media.
