Skype Sarl

Hi there,

I could use some help.

Today I have found out that Skype Sarl has taken some of my money for something I have not ever or will use.

Pay pal gave my 13.99$ for something I have not purchased or wanted to purchase.

So, they took my money and did not even provide me with a Skype credit for which the money was taken.

I want it back, and what is my next move?

How to treat this with paypal:

- to file a dispute in which form?

If I decide to tell my account was hacked, will they close it?

I have some funds on it and would not like to lose them or any.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

If its in your subscriptions then you can't claim it as unauthorised as you authorised the transaction.

Contact the company > cancel the subscription and ask them for a refund.
