Sweden customer service email address

Hello,

I tried to call Paypal (Sweden) to inform about the problmes I have right now, but the customer service don't reply on the phone and the email address the system saying not recognizable.

I have some transactions on hold from last week which made trouble by now. the Paypal asked me to change the password and provide proof shows that my address is valid. However all requested information is uploaded but the account is some how suspended.

anyone knows anyphone number or email address in which could get help?
