attach photos to dispute

Hi,

I have filed a dispute and would like to add photo's to help my claim..looking at the claim I fear I may have missed the opportunity..I never noticed where it says attach files and now can't see how to do it..am I too late to add photos which would prove my dispute?

You can add as much info as you like in the dispute phase, and you can include the fact that you have proof that you can upload.

But you can only upload that info if paypal asks for it when you have escalated to a claim.

Or not - I uploaded one set last night, but cant upload more tonight [ which I was asked for today on the phone - one doc had gone through blank ] so now I am utterly stuck. I posted a thread asking for help but that doesn't show up, I used the message center, tried everything, no help is there, I dont know what to do :,(
