hi can anyone please..i bought a tablet from the uk (turns out seller is in china but warehouse is in uk) after 2 months the tablet was faulty, seller said to send it back to uk warehouse, which i did, they received it 27th november 2015.they kept saying they would send a new one, they didnt so escalated a claim through paypal..short of it is,i have tracking number, they received it,case is now closed in the sellers favor,so i have no tablet and no refund..paypal said:

The tracking information you provided was invalid, and we were unable to
confirm delivery of the item associated with this claim. As a result, the
case is now considered closed and we are unable to process a refund.

i can clearly see on royalmail website that they have received the item as it had to be signed for.what can i now do?i feel so let down and cheated by paypal!!..thanks

Put everything you have said plus the tracking number and send it via a personal email to customer services via >>>

 Facebook or Twitter >>>

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

OR

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

If you still get no joy then if you funded your paypal payment  via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
