I'm new to PayPal, as a matter of fact, I just made a PayPal account today (Saturday, September 18, 2010) and all I would like to know is if I have to pay. Do I have to pay to have a PayPal account? Are there any fees to this thing?
There is not a fee just to have an account - fees can be encountered if you convert currencies or receive payments. For a full list of fees, click on the "fees" link at the bottom of any page.
