I host Zoom webinars and charge for them. The only option that Zoom offers is via Paypal. Not all my customers want to use a Paypal account, but recently they have not been given the option to pay by debit or credit card. Why?
I know there are limitations in terms of countries of attendees etc but people who previously didn't have an issue paying in this way can no longer do so. I have even mocked this up myself and can't pay for these webinars without using a PP account.
Anyone know why this option is being denied to my customers? And how to address this?
