How to contact Paypal by phone?

I have problem contacted Paypal by phone to resolve a dispute. AVG took money from my account and has not renew my subscriptions. They said the dispute has finished and Paypal keeps my money. However, no money is in my Paypal account. Paypal sent me an email said that the dispute is not in my favor and I have to go ahead with the renewal as I cancel the automatic transaction with Paypal 2 days after the withdrawal day. I am now OK for AVG to take my money for this year subscription but AVG did not send me the update subscription. AVG told me to talk to Paypal but noone is there to answer the phone. AVG is kind of taking my money and run without giving me my products. What is the hour you can call to talk to Paypal?

I have called morning, day & night for the last 3 days & haven’t reach anyone. Finally called the number on the back of my Paypal Credit card & the customer service person said no one has answered phones since March & he suggested I call my bank & close my checking because my checking account is linked to my Paypal account & I had fraud & the will not help me. All I can say is Good Luck & PayPal is no longer safe!!

It was on my emails I received from them from the fraudulent transactions that posted in my PayPal account. PayPal actually notified me of the issue but will not resolve. [Removed. Phone #s not permitted]

Thanks for the heads up about this. I'm also having trouble even finding a phone number to contact them. My trust in paypal has definitely fallen in light of this.
