Where do I leave a review for outstanding customer service?

Yes, I'm leaving a review for a very special and dedicated customer service representative who goes above and beyond. I am impressed with how very thorough. and concise she was with her technical service and skills experience. It was the best experience I've had with customer service I've encountered in all the years of patronizing the PayPal platform. the customer service representative went by the name of 'Lisa" ID#1577279. 1000 kudos to Lisa. Thanks again.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to leave feedback for outstanding customer service!!!! Anyway, I hope PayPal is seeing this. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to have Tiffney (ID 1574428) answer my call when I phoned PayPal to complain about a claim that they had denied me (for refusing to accept goods from a Facebook seller who claimed their clothes were made in the USA, but in fact, were made in China). Tiffney listened, she cared and helped me to understand the process and the boundaries by which PayPal is tied. She was articulate and kind. She was the bright spot in my morning! I hope PayPal understands the amazing customer service rep they have in Tiffney. God bless her! Theresa & Tika

Kudos to Edward Extension: 163001. Within minutes Edward was able to help resolve an extremely frustrating situation concerning payment made on a unrecieved audio book that involved Paypal, Amazon, Google, and Audible. The genuiene kindness and professionalism that was displayed was at such a rarity that when I was somehow gotten a bit teary-eyed to have that burden finally lifted. My wholehearted thanks again, Edward. Keep being your awesome self!
