If you don't want our help then your options are..................

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Wow, well that answers my question. NOT! What kind of awful customer services options are those? Beg for customer service? Maybe you can connect, maybe you can't? Ridiculous nonsense! And yes, I have tired all of the above that are available to me, still no response from PayPal.

Sorry, was I supposed to invent contact options???

Would you like me to fly to Paypal HQ and tell them that the contact options that I posted were not enough for you and would they please let me have some more?

You have chosen NOT to ask us on here to see if we can help with your issue so all I can do is give you ALL the contact options that I know are available.

So, you're welcome.

This is a 'user to user' advice forum NOT customer services.

If you want advice it may help if you say how you were scammed and if it was on or off paypal.

If he wanted our advice he would have said what the problem was he was getting.

He didn't, he merely asked for how to get hold of customer services.

I'm gonna answer this, based on my interaction with PP and other 'we're too big to care for our customers' companies, Facebook, Google you name them.

Well, they're too big to care about one poor customer (you, me) and too cheap to hire processional people to solve our issues.

Well your interaction may be different to the thousands of folks that contact customer services on a daily basis  and get help.

In the UK its easy to phone them via the contact number given as they are based in Dublin.
