Guru Pre Approved payments

Hello Team,

 

I am using a freelancing site Guru.com and I am trying to link my PayPal account there so that I can transfer my payment from Guru.com on my PayPal account. But every time I tried to click on the add button and log in with my PayPal credentials it shows a message "We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later." I am getting this error message from last 4 weeks and when I call the support team they simply said that it's because of the security reasons.And by any chance, after the login if any window open, it asks for the debit or credit card details. When I add my debit card, it shows a message" Your card has been added, please add a different card to complete your purchase".

 

I am frustrated by getting this message every time. Paypal technical team, please fix this issue.
