Code 703 on paypal working capital aplication

Hi guys,

I've been trying to apply for my 3rd working capital cash advance.

I've been getting a 646 code, but today, I applied again and got a Code 703.

Anyone knows what this means?

I have just tried for my 4th and got the same error, 646??

Exactly same problem, it's our 3rd as well. Hearing from a LOT of people even in US that 3 is the magic number for getting turned away. WC CS can't see anything on our account that would cause this.

Went to bank instead. Got double the amount, half the monthly payments, and less interest.

Has anyone found out what this error means? Error code 703. In previous post people are saying because it's their third loan but I still have yet to get one PayPal working capital loan and still get this error.

Also just had the same situation today. Finished paying off my 3rd loan, and was applying for my 4th (had been 646 on day 1,2 and 3 since the loan was paid off). On day 4 after the loan was paid off the error changed to 703.

Wondering what the reason is for the change. No issues with the account.
