Getting a refund after buying a web service

I've bought some website building products and I'm just not happy with the product.. how can O reverse payment?

Contact the seller first and see if they will work things out with you and issue a refund.

If not then you can try opening a dispute for item received but not as described BUT if its a virtual item you may not be covered.

Paypal only cover you for non receipt of virtual / intangible items and not 'not as described'.

If that fails and you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
