Hi My account has limited and is asking me to confirm my identity. However I never received the email and I don’t know what documents are required.

Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear that there has been a limitation placed on your account recently. When this happens, you are required to go to the Resolution Centre on your account to complete the required steps.
When you go to the Resolution Centre, you can click the 'Resolve' option beside each step to complete the verification on your account.
Once this has been done, you will then receive an update from the relevant teams when there is any new information for you.
